Panasonic also talked about 4K technology at the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2013, but the company did not restrict it to televisions only.
During the keynote, the company unveiled a new 20-inch 4K tablet that runs on Windows 8 operating system. Designed for professional use, this tablet will be a part of the company's tough range.
There were four tablets at the booth running on Windows 8 platform but these only have single application for designers, photographers and other commercial use. As per the specifications shared by the company, the tablet will have a 3840 x 2560 pixels resolution, Intel Core i5 3427U vPro 1.80 GHz; NVIDIA GeForce Graphics; HD 720p embedded camera and approximately 2 hours of internal battery usage.
